1. Marketplace Overview

Markets.Playpurse.app is a digital marketplace operated by PlayPurse, LLC. Vendors may list and sell downloadable software, tools, or other digital content. All transactions on the marketplace are processed in U.S. dollars through approved third-party payment gateways (e.g., Paddle, PayKings, Rapyd).

The marketplace does not issue, trade, or store cryptocurrency. Some customers may optionally use their existing PlayPurse Wallet (hosted separately at PlayPurse.app) to fund purchases through an external processor (CoinPayments). Markets.Playpurse.app does not perform exchange, conversion, or custody of cryptocurrency.

2. Vendor Eligibility

  • Vendors must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding agreements.
  • Vendors must provide accurate legal, tax, and contact information, and keep it up to date.
  • Vendors are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including IP and consumer protection.

3. Payments & Payouts

  • All sales are processed via approved third-party gateways. The platform does not store raw card data.
  • Vendor earnings are credited after payment confirmation. Payout method (e.g., bank/PayPal) must be valid and in the vendor’s name.
  • PlayPurse may place temporary holds or offsets on payouts to investigate disputes, fraud, or compliance flags.
  • Vendors acknowledge gateway fees/chargebacks may be deducted from earnings pursuant to gateway rules.

4. Disputes & Refunds

Customer-first resolution:

  1. Customers contact the vendor via the vendor store page for delivery or product issues.
  2. Vendors must respond within 3 business days and attempt good-faith resolution.
  3. Unresolved cases may be escalated to support@markets.playpurse.app with order details.
  4. PlayPurse may review records and, at its discretion, refund the customer and deduct from vendor earnings.
  • Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original card/PayPal method. Wallet (CoinPayments) transactions are final.
  • Vendors must cooperate with information requests during chargeback or dispute investigations.

5. Prohibited Listings

  • Cryptocurrency, tokens, coins, NFTs, exchanges, or any form of digital asset trading.
  • Gambling, betting, or simulated cash-out mechanisms.
  • Malware, exploits, unauthorized software, or IP-infringing content.
  • Adult content or any content illegal in the vendor’s or buyer’s jurisdiction.

Violations may lead to listing removal, account termination, and forfeiture of pending payouts subject to investigation.

6. Taxes

Vendors are solely responsible for assessing, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes arising from their sales.

7. Compliance & KYC

  • PlayPurse, LLC may request identity or business verification documents and suspend accounts that fail verification.
  • Suspicious activity may be reviewed and reported in accordance with applicable laws and gateway requirements.
  • The marketplace follows PCI-DSS and AML/KYC best practices through its third-party payment processors.

8. Limitation of Liability

The marketplace is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayPurse, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from vendor use of the platform.

9. Acceptance of Agreement

By registering as a vendor, you confirm you have read and agree to this Vendor Agreement and the site’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
