These Terms govern your access to and use of Markets.Playpurse.app (the “Marketplace”). By using this site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and AML/KYC Policy.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Markets.Playpurse.app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this site. “PlayPurse,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to PlayPurse, LLC (a Wyoming limited liability company). “User,” “buyer,” or “vendor” refers to you.

2. Marketplace Overview

Markets.Playpurse.app is a digital marketplace that allows verified vendors to sell downloadable software, tools, and online content. All transactions on this site are priced and processed in U.S. dollars via approved third-party payment gateways (e.g., Paddle, PayKings, Rapyd).

The Marketplace does not issue, store, exchange, or trade cryptocurrency. Users who already hold PlayPurse Wallet balances at PlayPurse.app may optionally pay through an external processor (CoinPayments), but this does not constitute a crypto transaction within the Marketplace. No exchange, conversion, or custody of cryptocurrency occurs on Markets.Playpurse.app.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Marketplace complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.

4. Accounts

• You must register an account to buy or sell on the Marketplace.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining account and password security.
• We may require identity verification (KYC) or compliance checks at any time.

5. Buying & Selling

• Pricing: Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.
• Payments: All payments are processed in USD through approved payment providers. Users may optionally fund purchases using existing PlayPurse Wallet balances through CoinPayments. The Marketplace does not process or store cryptocurrency directly.
• Fulfillment: Vendors are responsible for accurate listings, clear delivery, and timely order completion.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved. Wallet-based transactions through CoinPayments are final and non-refundable.
• Disputes: Keep all communication on the order page. If unresolved, contact Support at support@markets.playpurse.app.

6. Fees

Marketplace fees apply to vendors and are deducted from payouts. Network or gateway fees (if applicable) are disclosed prior to payment. Current fee details are available on our Fee Schedule.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Users may not list, sell, or purchase items that are illegal in either the origin or destination jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to:

• Counterfeit or stolen goods.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or related paraphernalia.
• Weapons, explosives, or ammunition prohibited by law.
• Services involving money laundering, gambling, or high-risk financial products.
• Cryptocurrency, tokens, coins, or NFTs.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or violates platform policies.

Listings that violate this policy may be removed, and accounts may be suspended without notice.

8. Compliance & AML/KYC

All users must comply with our AML/KYC Policy. PlayPurse, LLC may request identity verification, business documentation, or transaction details as required by law or by our payment providers. Vendors and buyers agree to cooperate fully with compliance reviews.

9. Digital Goods

These terms apply to non-physical products such as downloads, license keys, codes, and similar digital content sold on the Marketplace:

• Delivery & Access: Digital items are delivered electronically after payment confirmation.
• No Shipping: Digital sales do not require a shipping address. Sellers must not request unnecessary personal data.
• Validity: Vendors must provide working keys/codes and functioning downloads. Invalid or previously-used keys are prohibited.
• Licensing & Usage: Unless stated otherwise, purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right for personal use only.
• Refunds: Refunds for digital items are generally available only if defective or not as described. Network or gateway fees may not be refundable.
• Proof & Disputes: Disputes are resolved based on order records, activation logs, or delivery proof. Keep all communication on the order page.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Marketplace and its services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayPurse, LLC disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or account access.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or use the Marketplace illegally. You may close your account at any time, subject to completing outstanding orders or obligations.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Marketplace constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, except where superseded by mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
