How are prices shown?

Item prices are shown in USD. The final crypto total is calculated at checkout using the coin/network you select.

What coins/networks can I use?

Your available options appear at checkout and in your wallet. You’ll see any network fee before confirming.

Where do I see order updates?

On the order page. Sellers post tracking and messages there—keep all communication on‑platform.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued in crypto to your original wallet after a return is approved (if applicable). Network fees may apply.

How do I become a vendor?

Apply at /vendor-registration. Complete your profile, store logo/banner, and policies.

When do I get paid?

After network confirmation, funds settle to your PlayPurse wallet. See examples on /fees.

Can I sell digital items or services?

Yes—set clear delivery or scope details. For services, outline timeline and revision terms.

Do I need to include shipping?

Configure vendor shipping (zones & rates) for physical goods. Disable shipping for digital items.

Why doesn’t the crypto amount match the USD exactly?

Crypto totals reflect the current rate for the coin/network you choose at checkout. You’ll see the final amount before paying.

What if a buyer sends the wrong amount?

Provide the order number, coin/network, amount sent, destination address, and transaction hash. Our team reviews and updates the order accordingly.

How do refunds work?

Once a seller approves a refund/return, crypto is sent back to the original wallet. Network fees may apply.

How do I track my order?

Sellers add tracking to the order; you’ll see it on the order page. You can also use the tracker below.

What’s the return policy?

Policies vary by seller. See the listing or the store policy for the return window, condition rules, and who pays return shipping.

Do you charge a listing fee?

No. Fees apply when an order is paid.

What is the marketplace fee?

A small percentage of the item price (excluding shipping & taxes). See the current rates and examples on /fees.

Who pays network fees?

Network (miner) fees are charged by the blockchain network at time of payment and are shown before you confirm.

Reset your password from the sign‑in page. If you still have trouble, contact Support with your account email and any error message.

Use a strong, unique password and enable any available multi‑factor options. Never share private keys or seed phrases.

Restricted & illegal items

Items that are illegal in the origin (where they’re shipped from) or the destination (where they’re shipped to) are prohibited. Listings that violate applicable law or platform rules may be removed.

Gather evidence

Include the order number, item photos, tracking screenshots, and (for payments) the transaction hash, coin/network, amount, and destination address.
