Clear shipping, delivery, and return terms for buyers and sellers. Prices are shown in USD; crypto totals are calculated at checkout.

For Buyers

What to expect with shipping & returns

  • Handling time: Each seller states how many business days they need before dispatch.
  • Delivery estimates: Shown on the product or order page when provided by the seller/carrier.
  • Tracking: Sellers add tracking in the order once shipped. You’ll see updates on your order page.
  • Returns: Follow the seller’s return window and item condition rules on the listing.
  • Duties & taxes: For cross‑border shipments, the recipient may be responsible for any import duties/taxes.

If something goes wrong, keep communication on the order page and review the dispute steps in the Help Center.

For Sellers

Set accurate shipping & clear returns

Enable and configure shipping

Use vendor shipping (zones & rates). Offer methods like flat rate, free shipping, or local pickup as applicable.

State handling time

Example: “Ships within 1–2 business days.” Set expectations up front.

Add tracking

Enter the carrier and tracking number in the order as soon as you ship.

Write a clear return policy

Specify window (e.g., 14 or 30 days), condition, who pays return shipping, and any restocking fees.

Physical Goods — Shipping

• Handling time: 1–2 business days
• Shipping methods: carrier‑calculated or flat‑rate (shown at checkout)
• Tracking: provided for all shipments
• Delivery estimates: depend on carrier and destination
• Lost/damaged: contact us within 48 hours of delivery scan with photos

Physical Goods — Returns

• Return window: 14 days after delivery
• Condition: unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping: buyer pays unless item is defective or not as described
• Refund method: crypto refund to original wallet; network fees may apply
• Restocking fee (if any): up to 10% for opened items

Digital Goods

• Delivery: instant download or sent via order message
• License/usage: personal use unless stated otherwise
• Refunds: not available after download/access unless the file is corrupted or not as described

Services

• Scope: as described in the listing; extra work requires a new order
• Timeline: milestones and delivery dates will be agreed in order messages
• Revisions: up to 2 minor revisions within 7 days of delivery
• Cancellations: before work starts; after start, partial refunds at seller’s discretion

Issues

Lost, late, or damaged shipments

  • Delayed: Check the tracking first. If no updates for 7 days, message the seller on the order.
  • Damaged on arrival: Photograph the packaging and item within 48 hours and message the seller via the order.
  • Lost: Seller opens a carrier inquiry. Resolution may require buyer confirmation and photos.
Compliance

Restricted & illegal items

Sellers must not list items that are illegal in the origin (where they ship from) or the destination (where they ship to). Listings that violate applicable law or platform rules are prohibited and may be removed.
