Listings

Make products buyers trust

Great photos, clear titles, and honest details = more clicks and fewer disputes.

Photos

  • Upload at least 3–6 images per item; use a clean background.
  • Recommended size: 1200–1600px on the longest side; square (1:1) or 4:5 works well.
  • Show details, flaws (if any), scale, and packaging.

Titles

  • Keep under 70 characters when possible.
  • Format: Brand – Model – Key feature – Qty/Size (e.g., “Inka Mug – 12oz – Matte Black”).

Descriptions

  • Lead with the value, then materials, dimensions, condition, what’s included.
  • For digital: delivery method, format, license/usage rights.
  • For services: scope, timeline, revision/cancellation terms.

Attributes & variations

  • Add attributes (size, color, length) and create variations for selectable options.
  • Keep stock accurate; disable out‑of‑stock variations.
Pricing

Price confidently for USD & PEN

We display prices in USD & PEN for clarity. The crypto total is calculated at checkout using the selected coin/network’s current rate.

  • Know your break‑even: Item cost + packaging + typical shipping + your time.
  • Review the marketplace fee and typical network fees to set a profitable price.
  • Consider a small buffer for promos/discounts instead of changing base prices often.

Example formula

Target payout (USD) → add marketplace fee → add typical network fee = target selling price.

Or start from price and back into expected payout using the calculator on /fees.

Discounts

Use sale prices sparingly to signal real value. Avoid constant discounting.

Policies

Copy‑ready policy templates

Start with these and customize for your store. Keep them short, clear, and visible on product pages.

Physical goods — Shipping

• Handling time: 1–2 business days
• Domestic shipping (Peru): 2–5 business days
• International shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by carrier & customs)
• Tracking: provided for all shipments
• Lost/damaged: contact us within 48 hours of delivery scan with photos

Physical goods — Returns

• Return window: 14 days after delivery
• Condition: unused, with original packaging
• Return shipping: buyer pays unless item is defective or not as described
• Refund method: crypto refund to original wallet; network fees may apply

Digital goods

• Delivery: instant download or delivered via order message
• License/usage: personal use only unless stated otherwise
• Refunds: not available after download/access unless file is corrupted or not as described

Services

• Scope: described in the listing; additional work requires a new order
• Timeline: specify milestones and delivery dates in order messages
• Revisions: up to 2 minor revisions within 7 days of delivery
• Cancellation: allowed prior to work start; after start, partial refunds at seller’s discretion

Shipping

Configure vendor shipping

Set clear rates so buyers see accurate totals at checkout.

Enable vendor shipping

Admin enables Dokan vendor shipping and WooCommerce shipping in settings.

Add zones & methods

In your Vendor Dashboard: add zones (e.g., Peru, South America, International) and methods (flat rate, free shipping, local pickup).

Set handling time

State how many days until dispatch. Use the policy templates above for clarity.

Add tracking

After shipping, add the tracking number via the order page and message the buyer.

Selling digital items? Disable shipping on those products so buyers aren’t charged.

Orders

Communicate early, ship fast

Recommended response times

  • Confirm new orders within 24 hours.
  • Ship within your stated handling time.
  • Provide tracking and estimated delivery date.

Message templates (copy/paste)

• Order received:
“Thanks for your order! We’ll ship by [date]. I’ll share tracking once dispatched.”

• Shipped + tracking:
“Good news—your order shipped today via [carrier]. Tracking: [code]. Estimated delivery: [date].”

• Delay (proactive):
“I’m waiting on [reason]. New ship date: [date]. Thanks for your patience—let me know if this timing still works.”

Keep all communication on the order page. If there’s an issue, follow the steps in the Help Center. Clear photos and tracking help resolve cases fast.

Compliance

Prohibited & restricted items

Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable laws. Counterfeit, illegal, or dangerous items are not permitted. Some categories may require additional documentation or age restrictions. See our Terms and Help Center for details.

Digital focus

Selling digital & gaming goods

PlayPurse is primarily designed for digital products and gaming items. Sellers should follow these additional rules when listing non-physical goods:

  • Delivery: Upload files (PDF, ZIP, etc.) or provide license keys, codes, or in-game transfer instructions.
  • Instant access: Buyers should receive digital goods immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Validity: Test codes, keys, or download links before publishing. Invalid items may lead to disputes or suspension.
  • Prohibited: No hacked accounts, cheat tools, or items violating game publishers’ Terms of Service.
  • Support: Clearly state refund or replacement rules for invalid keys or broken downloads.

Physical goods may be supported in the future. For now, keep listings focused on digital products unless approved otherwise.
